Overview
Dr. Bassleer Biofish Food Umami XL was developed for larger ornamental fish that require a correspondingly larger pellet size. The umami components it contains provide an intense flavor and promote high food acceptance. Umami is considered the fifth basic taste and can help stimulate the fishs natural appetite.
The XL pellet size (1.2-1.6 mm) is suitable for fish measuring approximately 10 cm or more in body length. The slow-sinking pellets remain accessible for an extended period and can be consumed by fish in various water zones.
As a staple food, Dr. Bassleer Biofish Food Umami XL is suitable for freshwater and saltwater fish. The combination of the appropriate pellet size and high palatability makes it particularly appealing for larger, active-feeding ornamental fish.
